Wrong-way driver in fatal crash was SLU student hoping to become a teacher

A Southeastern Louisiana University student described as a caring, responsible and funny young woman was killed early Tuesday after she drove the wrong way on Interstate 12 and crashed into a truck.

The toxicology report came back 10 weeks after
Tabatha died with proof that she was not drinking
and driving, wasn't drunk or on drugs. Tabby wasn't on the cell phone talking or texting, she was even speeding.
3 or 4 people did the same thing in the last couple of months. All were not on alcohol or drugs, which leads me to believe something must be done about the exits around La.
I think the yellow arrows would show that it is oneway and show that you are going the wrong way.
Some people don't have great night vision at any age.
Tabatha was a good girl who loved life , made good grades in college and was sooo nice to other people. I hurt so very bad from what happened.
