This comes as no surprise as Bruceville-Eddy is notorious as being a speed trap, with particular attention being paid to one specific officer, who had been previously fired from the same department. If those responsible for pursuing prosecution were not of the "good ol' boy" system, this blatant act of theft would not be simply swept under the carpet. I would not be surprised if this employee has not acted alone and shared the gratuities with other said employee(s).
