I bought a home through wayne county tax sale auction (one of the biggest mistakes in life), only to find out that the property has extreme damage and cannot be fixed within my budget. I am low income and offered to give this home back to the city but they said they wont take it. But meanwhile the city keeps sending ordinances. I cant afford these tickets. has anyone had something like this happen to them? or any advice on what I can do please.

also not to mention that everything has been taken out the home,no one can even live there they cant even send mail it really needs to be torn down, and I found out that ecorse inspects the homes that didnt sell in the auction to see if they are fixable but not before the auction
