I like pop-rock and stuff from the Top 40 from the late 60's to the early 2000's. Today's Top 40 sucks. I don't see how kids can listen to it and think these artists have any talent. Where's their taste!? I despise rap and hip hop.
Yeah.. I don't like rap or hip hop either.

It's ironic you brought up that Billie Armstrong subject because I ran across this an article today about saggers on Topix:
Baggy Pants Law from Bill Sponsor Orlando Sen. Gary Siplin to First Coast

That's some good reading.

I agree with policies about not sagging in businesses, workplaces, and school but I don't how they can enforce it legally outside of that like beaches and public places, parks, etc.
My guess is they will try to add it to the "public indecency" Law.

I think they've tried that in some places and the ACLU challenged it or it was considered unconstitutional. Sometimes boxers shorts, gym shorts, swim shorts, and regular shorts can look the same. Technically people might be able to walk in public or on the beach in their underwear as long as it wasn't see through or exposing the buttocks and genitalia.

There was a funny youtube video of a young man in a yellow suit, he was completely covered but he was wearing a jockstrap over the suit and his privates were already covered by the suit and his friend was filming him as he walked in stores like that and was asked to leave. They sell athletic supporters at stores. He was clothed. I don't know why stores were making an issue over it. In the United Kingdom they would have considered this hilarious. People in Europe and Canada aren't as prudish as Americans. If a woman wore a bra over her shirt I'd be like so what. My view is if men can go around shirtless women should be able to as well.

Nassau County, Florida talked about banning the sell of pornography but I never heard about it again after that. They tried to ban an adult store from coming here years ago but they got "grandfathered in" before the law against that type of stores passed. The religious fanatics and the paper certainly gave that store Adam and Eve a lot of free publicity.

Where does one differentiate between what is underwear and what is regular clothing? Gym shorts can be worn like underwear.

Well what about bed pants? I have been in lots of stores where women are wearing their bed pants around. I think as long as everything that's suppose to be covered is then anything else is just their personally showing through.

Just throwing this out there but what about tattoo's. I have seen people have naked ladies tattooed onto their arms. I wonder how they get by with that.

As long as they aren't showing privates then I see no problem. But as far as the tattoos it wouldn't bother me to see whatever on them. I don't see how anyone can ban an artistic drawing that's not a real person. That would be like saying the Statue of David has to wear a fig leaf.
