<![CDATA[Lynn, Ind. - Debbie Marcum, 55 Debbie Lou Marcum, 55, of Lynn, Indiana passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 31, 1957 in Winchester to the late Delbert Leroy Anderson and Nancy Louise (McFarland) Coulter. Debbie was a resident of Connersville, Indiana for 25 years before moving back home to Lynn. She was employed by Berry Plastics in Richmond, Indiana. Debbie fought her battle with cancer for nearly two years; she wanted nothing more than to spend another day with her family, especially her two grandsons "Big Al" and "Lil Red". She was an avid animal lover who loved and cared for her dogs Brady, Molli, Jackson, Josey, Mac, and Babe just like they were her kids. Survivors include one daughter, Mindy (husband Brandon) Phillips; two grandsons, Alexander "Big Al" Phillips and Owen "Lil Red" Phillips; two brothers, Chris (wife Shirley) Anderson and Chad (wife Rachel) Coulter. She was preceded in death by her parents Delbert Anderson and Nancy Coulter. Memorial services are 4:00 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012 at Lighthouse Wesleyan Church, Lynn with Rev. Gary D. Meek officiating. Friends and family may call from 2:00 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church to help celebrate Debbie's life. In lieu of flowers the family would like memorial contributions made to Winchester Animal Control & Rescue Shelter. Oswalt Family Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Winchester is in charge of services.

Thank you all for the kind words. She was a wonderful woman and is sadly missed everyday. It brightens my day to see this. Especially when I was just browsing because I couldn't sleep. I'm not sure who you are but I know she knows the kind words. Thank you for putting a smile on my face, especially when today was a rough day. God bless you all.
To "Might be related": Marcum was her married name. She was the only girl, and their were only her two brothers. I'm sorry for your loss of your mother and hope you are able to find the family you are hunting for.
