I am an undergraduate student at Lesley University. I am conducting a study to determine the affects that our current American economic situation is having on student life and attitudes at school and towards the future. More specifically I am seeking out individuals (must be college students) with a parent that has suffered from this most recent economic downturn first hand.(i.e. Laid Off or about to be Laid Off) I look forward to hearing from some of you and I'd appreciate any information you would like to send me in regards to the focus of my study. All participants will remain anonymous, also results will not be published. I encourage people to discuss how parental job loss is effecting your health, emotions, gardes, abilty to stay in school...etc. Also how has this affected your outlook on your own job placement, job acquisition and future in the carrer path you are choosing to follow. Lastly, are you encouraged to leave school and help out financially with your family?

Thank you for your responses.....
