Good for the Amish! Leave them alone. Wow what a crime to put waste material on the ground. The US is so concerned about the environment but this practice is very safe and has been going on since man is alive.

heck we used to have our outhouse cleaned out and spread on the alfala pasture, we had great growth and ya kow we are still alive and healthy!
