Sp according to the complaint this guy, and who is a handyman and not a lawyer, stole over six hundred fifty thousand dollars from the victim. If this had happened in California, most likely this handyman, and due to the fact that he provided little or nothing in exchange for the 650K and would be therefore also guilty of grand theft, would have been charged with practicing law without a license.

I personally know of MANY who have done this right here in Franklin County who are gold diggers just like this idiot. Some are even elected officials-isn't that a shock??? Too bad there aren't advocates to look after the elderly, but they fully trust these scumbags and probably wouldn't report anything anyhow.

I bet every lawyer in the country who reads about this will be thinking "Damn, if a handyman got $650K, I could have gotten so, so much more by charging for intangibles and 'legal constructs' rather than $2,500 garage door openers."
