Do you need some CHEESE with your WHINING???
Sounds like you need another line of work, PAL.
Sounds like you kicked, screamed and got your panties in a bunch over the much needed smoking restrictions and did nothing to support it. BOO HOO for you.
Did you try and change? Have you tried to reach out the non-smokers or are you still bashing them? People see that.
Have you cleaned up your smokey pig pen? Ever hear of paint? Replace the ceiling tiles? Clean or replace the carpet?
Get a better menu? Before you could be serving shit on a shingle and smokers couldn't tell the difference, they have no taste buds.
How about you change your smokey attitude and embrace the smoking restrictions or just find another line of work. The smoking restrictions do work and they aren't going to be repealed, so you can change or go bye bye YOUR choice.

LOL! Now you're REALLY backtracking now. First you claimed it was 90% confidence level, now it's 0%???
Hahahhaa!!! It's a shame you're making this too easy for me to call out your BS!!!
Your lack of reading comprehension is amazing. The report done by the EPA had a confidence interval of 90%. The study I cited was done by Smoke free Wisconsin bastardizing EPA standards. Perhaps when you learn how to read and understand science you can join in adult conversations!

I was just checking the constitution and as you indicated "inhaling toxic fumes from a stick of burning chemical-impregnated leaves from plants grown with huge levels of pesticides"
is still is choice, a freedom Americans can choose
as it was my choice to consider spending a million dollars on a piece of private property expressly considering the MONEY of smokers when I entered this venture. YOUR basis of disapproval seems ridiculous I presume you live in a bubble in Tennessee
Sucking in toxic fumes from that burning mass of foul leaves is, in general, still a choice. However, the action is one with significant restrictions attached.

You have the option to choose another field of endeavor. If you have built up a useful level of business, you should be able to get a good price for your current establishment. Should you choose to remain in a line of business where smoking is not permitted indoors thaT IS YOUR FAULT.
