Before all of the cop haters wake up and start whining about high-speed chases, let's make sure to remember that the ONLY person at fault in these situations is the person who runs from the cops.

"Authorities say Bogdonovich may have been drinking. "

They also suspect that he may have been driving a little too fast.

Needless to say that this guy had just stopped his drinking forever and was turning his life around. That darn cop had to just park there in his way. Maybe that cop should get a ticket for blocking traffic on a US Highway, plus littering he did trow some stuff on the road.

hard to feel sorry for a felon with with past convictions for murder and buglary:

The man killed in a high speed chase early Thursday morning was convicted in a high-profile murder case as a teenager in Trempealeau county. The Eau Claire State Patrol post says 30-year-old Ryan Bogdonovich was killed when he rammed an Eau Claire County Squad car near Fairchild, after fleeing from a state trooper in Osseo around 2 a.m.. The deputy, who had gotten out of the squad to put stop sticks on the highway, was not hurt. Bogdonovich was just 16 when he pled no contest to killing his mother's boyfriend, Gerald Bisek, in Independence in 1997. Court records show Bogdonovich was found guilty in juvenile court and sentenced to supervision, living with relatives and performing community service. Sheriff Ron Cramer says it appears that alcohol led to the pursuit that ended in the fatal crash. The Jackson County Sheriff's Department is investigating.

He was nice and friendly. As far as his step father... He was protecting his mother. I personally think he was dealt a very rough hand in life. I hope he is at peace now... I'm saddened by this... I also feel bad for the police and paramedics bc you know that must have been a nightmare. I will be keeping all involved in my thoughts and prayers ... I truly wish there was a foolproof way to stop drinking and driving. Too many lives lost and scarred permanently. I knew Ryan and thought he was very nice...but I do wonder if he crossed that line purposely? Breaks my heart. Something I guess we ll never know? But I just truly pray he is finally at peace. He will be missed.

Who says you gotta live there to make a comment? Listen this guy had a troubled past at best. Some people are just saying that maybe he took the cowards way out and drove into the squad car on purpose. He didn't want to work as hard as people who can pull themselves up by the boots straps and straighten there life out. Thank God he didn't hurt anyone else in his drunken, violent episode. I say RIP to him and pray his famiily can forgive him for causing such pain and move on with their lives
