This was my cousin and it wasn't anything he could've done, he was just @ the wrong place @ the wrong time. He was a good guy, no records and in the service! He didn't know the guys who did this to him. Make peace, don't fight over crazyness like sharing a lake! The lake hasn't done anything and neither has the city..... May God be with you all... I'll love you always "RO"

I knew Ro as well....he was my nephew. He was a good man who loved his family. This is a tragic and senseless good to a good life. Whoever shot him, I hope you realize that you took him away from this world and a family and friends who loved him. There are not many men out there like him........ Its a shame that bad things have to happen to good people. I believe that God allows everything to happen for a reason. I pray that someone learns something from this and use it to turn their life around. We love u, Ro! It does make me feel good to know that he will always be a young handsome man who will be looking out for his family and friends from Heaven. R.I.P. Ro.
