Charter and James Cable Complete Systems Trades In Alabama and Georgia
Under the agreement, Charter traded its Douglas, Georgia system, serving a total of approximately 5,200 customers, to James Cable in an even exchange for James operations surrounding Eatonton, Georgia and Roanoke and Gu-Win, Alabama , with approximately 8,300 customers.

good by it is about time . Thecity should have made charter fix there system right four yrs.ago they have ripped the citizens of douglas for to many yrs.Just hope the city will get this new cable company toe the line like other towns and make them follow good cable service prices and rules.

The prices for service are no different than other companies. Just be glad Charter wasn't throttling your connection or put a bandwidth cap on their cable packages like comcast and most other cable companies.
