Grandparents raising grandchildren

I know it is hard to be a parent when you have already raised your family and are now raising your grandchildren. You never say no, buy them anything they want, you think they are never wrong and always right. You allow them full access to Internet, via laptop, ipod, smart phone and a home computer.
Maybe you are trying to be a high tech grandparent but do you really know how many social networking sites these kids use. I doubt it. Many .
Do away with some of the electronics and Internet access and some of the drama will go away.
When our children become teens they must handle their own problems , you can not do it for them. Allow them to deal with problems themselves. You may not like it but that is life.
If you interfere you are only making matters worse.
