I see most here commenting are young teens. The place should be shut down because the workers mostly teens won't take pride in there jobs.Look at the comments and the language used all teens. I wonder if they talk like that at home to there parents... Just wondering?

My husband and I went to McDonald's the other day and saw that both an employee and the manager were not wearing gloves while preparing our food. The manager got an attitude when asked if we could get a refund, she just simply said "OK." No apologies, no "I'm sorry," just "OK," as if it is natural for people to use bare hands to prepare food. The fact that she said she didn't feel well, makes it even more important that she wear gloves. This is not the only time I have seen McDonald's employee's use their bare hands. Please be sure to say something to any fast food workers if you can see that they are not wearing gloves. What if they had gone to the bathroom and not washed their hands??
You eat out a lot so you must not be too concerned about health or cleanliness. Of all the fast food joints Mickey D's is one of the cleanest. You would be amazed at some things that go on in other places. As someone else said, not all food places even use gloves. If they have gloves on it does not mean they have not touched something while wearing the gloves. Think about that. I eat at home, I am not overwieght, my food is clean and I use real meat. It really does not take very long to fix a meal. It is wrong for you to cop an attitude over the use of gloves. OMG give it a rest. Anytime you eat out you take a chance , maybe a gambler.LOL I can laugh, my food is clean, I know, I fixed it.

Wow, I was thinking of moving there, but it sounds just as bad as here. I thought it was a nice little town. I might as well move back to Dayton.

It is a nice little All kinds of people are on topix. Most use it to get their anger out it seems. Do not assume a town is bad over what you read on topix.

A few years ago no McDonalds used gloves so unless you just started eating there you shouldn't get all freaked out haha

I agree. Simple solution, cook at home. Some people just have to have something to gripe about. Many restaurants do not use gloves at all.
Many times the complainers are the very people who do not even wash there own hands.

When I worked there back in 1998-2004, we had an awesome crew. I conned fat women to shove french fries up thier poop shute, then put them in the fryer to serve to costumers. Hell, I used to wack off in the mayo & wipe my butt with sandwich buns.

Yeah... Don't move to eaton. In case you couldn't already tell, this place is full of fata** obnoxious hicks who think they're better than everybody else.. Apparently they're too high and mighty to put on a simple pair of gloves. I hope none of you plan on working in the healthcare field. You'll probably work fast food for the rest of ur lives. Hahaha

my wife works at eaton mc donald's..has been complimented by many customers for her work...only thing I can't stand is how most managers there are hated by employees bc of how rude they are....some of their comments or making fun of fellow workers is unacceptable....but don't worry c_ris (one of the problem's)...corporate has already been contacted by several employees.....and they know about ur guys party's to..:)

So, I'm not so much complaining about the food it's the service. How hard is it to read the screen make the food and hand the customer what they ordered??? I do know to error is human but, all the time?? The problem is there is kids supervising kids or not supervising and not paying attention. On your paycheck stub it says "EARNINGS" not "GIVINGS".

Seems you would be more worried about the pink slime used by many restaurants than if they wear gloves or not.

Worst McDonalds I ever saw was in Albany, NY near the bus station. Best was in Beijing. Remember before the economic collapse when McDs was just a fast food joint? Now they've remodeled them all to give them an upscale look. Still crappy fast food. The ones in NYC charge you a take out tax without even asking you if you're dining in or not. The ones in my ghetto hood here in Buffalo have all these signs like "time lock safe", "no coffee refills" and signs behind the counter warning employees that credit card skimming is a felony.

As for the service at mcd the employees are usually curtious but the food itself makes me sick. my kids love it and so does my wife. if you don't like the service or the food go somewhere else to get your food. i have never worked there. in fact the only fast food place i worked at was tack bell back in the early 90's you talk about nasty practices you should see what goes on there but the food there don't make me sick weird huh? either way eat it or don't but be nice to others on here you little worms lol.
