The Council who want to keep the seat will be re-elected this year However the Council people running next time will have to fight to keep their seat

I like how he is against police and fire pensions yet it's ok for him to collect one from the iron workers union. In addition to that he gets social security which public safety dosent receive.

Just to make the record correct. I believe Mr. Downey was against Command Officers Pension Plan and the way it was structured, that being the best year out of the last five years worked. That was Mr. Downeys concern, not patrolman and city pensions like everyone way saying.

yes its true I have never been a fan of Jack, although my tune has changed towards him recently.
I do think he would make a good addition to the council table.
