Why is this woman still allowed to drive if this is her third arrest for DUI? Is the court system waiting for her to kill someone before her license is finally taken away? It is ridiculous that she is receiving so many chances and is still putting others' lives at risks.

Just to let you know in CT third time you are then put in jail and no license. I do think it's nuts that they aren't more strict from the beginning. Classes aren't enough to get a habitual drinker to stop.

A $500 bond after two prior DUI's doesn't seem right, this woman could kill someone, who decided on such a low bond for someone with two priors? Set the bond high and get her off the road before she furts someone!

License or no license...People with this disease will always find a way to drive unless they are locked up...What's it going to take, Judge? Another needless fatality related to a loaded drunk driver? Just ridiculous!!! Sam Kinison.....Adenhardt...high school classmates....who's next to be killed by a drunk driver??

Correction: two convictions call for a mandatory minimum of 120 days in Prison and loss of license for at least one year. After that jail time goes up and license can be suspended indefinitely. A Third conviction within three years for example calls for one year minimum mandatory prison time. Revocation could be permanent.
I'm not sure how many convictions that this woman has accumulated but she is on her way to a prison sentence and loss of her license for a long time.

Sorry thats incorrect! Second time getting a DUI you lose your license for up to 9 months and you have to take more classes and then third time getting a DUI is when you go to jail and lose your license for a longer period of time, if not forever.

If they don't take away her license - she'll probably do it again. And even if they take away her license she will probably do it again and injure herself or others.

This woman has already done time in jail. She is unfortunately a very sick woman and will likely be back in jail again. Her family has been ruined, she has disgraced herself and ruined her career. She has driven drunk with her children and other's children in her car. An extraordinary amount of therapy is in order as well as a lengthy jail sentence.

Alcoholism is a "disease"? One cannot be inflicted with this "disease" if one does not drink or drink to excess. People who drink to excess are irresponsible, immature narcissists.

You are either kidding or are completely ignorant. Do some research before you make comments such as these. Alcoholism is a disease, and cannot be controlled or moderated. This woman is clearly an out of control alcoholic, who needs serious physical and psychological help. How dare you judge anyone...you who are without sin.

What is this bull released on $500 bond. After three DUIs, she should spend at least one night in the slammer before bond is considered.

Get serious!

Put that B*tch in jail before she kills someone. This is unbelievable. Why didn't they use the taser on her. She refused to come out the woods. A taser would have made her walk out of the woods on her own.
