To the cramps 1-

Has anyone tried drinking orange juice to cure menstrual cramps? I heard of this once and skeptically tried it. It works! Weird...

I don't know about pickle juice with hangovers cause I don't drink. But I can tell you dill pickle juice works for an upset stomach. Everytime I'm sick and pukin my guts out, I sip cold dill pickle juice and it clears up quick. My grandma use to give it to me when I was little if I was sick while visiting her. I've used it ever since. I don't know how it works cause you would think the vinger in it would make things worse but it doesn't.

I have drank the juice from the dill pickle jar for many yrs and I am still here and doing well so I guess it is not bad for a person. I am not one of those witch doctors that always come up with remedies for everything but I do think that I have developed a craving for the stuff.

Are there any other hardcore pickle juice drinkers out there? Strange as it may sound, I used to suck all the juice out of pickle and simple throw the flesh away when I was a child. Now I sip whenever the mood strikes me (often in the middle of the night) directly from the jar, and usually end up throwing out half a jar of pickles. I'm in my forties, in great health, take no scripts, and my doctor says whatever I'm doing, keep doing it.

Pickle juice works for nausea. Don't know why, and don't really care... I just drink it and it works. Almost instantly actually.

I KNOW!!! WTF?!? For the last couple of days I have been on some kind of metabolic bender... I am craving pickle juice, pickles, pickled okra -but mostly just the juice straight from the jars. I've been drinking enough water to equal out the sodium I hope. I was having some leg cramps/spasms so I drank some to stop that, and now it is like I am hooked. I cannot get enough. What is wrong with me????

I'm one of those people who loves pickles. I will eat one or two pickles and drink half the jar of juice especially when I have cramps. It's really weird and I can't explain how but it works!
