Last I checked, a leotard is the "skimpy outfit" you speak of and is the official uniform for gymnasts. So, with your logic, every gymnast in the world is really just a slut trying to turn on their coach... good thinking! I'd love to know your thoughts on the uniforms of swimmers and volleyball players...

Look Honey, when I want to turn my neighbor on I put a leotard on and prance around on my bed, peeling it off slowly while doing a back arch and touching my toes till he comes over to satisfy my desires. So, the gymnast are just that gymnasties.... A leotard is too revealing especially the camel toe on these little girls. What is perverted gym teacher to think. I remember when I was young and the gym teacher would make me climb up the ladder gym while I cried and cried because I was so scared, but he was just doing that to look up my skirt at my panties, and get a cheap thrill. That's not all that is against the law. Accusing someone of being a pedophile and r-pist or s-x offender in the local and national news... because he, like millions of men in their 20's and 30', now and from all time, dated some precocious girls from the ages of 16 to 23, is called "liable and defamation of character." - a total smear campaign. The DA and accusers have damaged many lives just to win this case and punish someone who they felt was out of line 17 and more years ago. Why did most of these women - who were friends - continue to have serious relationships with him and work for him into their twenties and remain friends after they dated him? It doesn't make sense. At least they weren't one night stands - if they wanted to marry him they were obviously in love.

Though it's cruel that this process has taken so long... it has nothing to do with the defendents or the accusers...(except for this last delay since she is having a baby in Dec.)... at least it has given Steve Infante a chance to help out his friends and family who have needed him. People can assume the worst of him, but those who are and were with him the most and know him best including those who were coached the most
do not agree with the accusations and love him very much. I don't know many people who have gone so out of their way to help so many. How many would visit their father every day in the hospital to make sure he does his physical therapy in his last days living and will clean up his dad's poop out of his pants each time, making light of it, and so his dad doesn't have to wait for the nurses or be embarrassed? Though the trial being delayed is unjust and horrible, there has been so good.... and those of you who think him evil or sick never knew him very well.

I heard Feb is the trial date.
I also heard that the DA tried to have Ditullio arrested for not appearing yesterday. Something just doesn't seem right with this whole thing. why would it take so long for this to go to trial??I'm wondering myself like "wondering" is if maybe the "good people making bad choices" is the DA.

"Millions" of men date sixteen year olds? I'd like to see you support that claim! Millions of men in their 30s would have their teeth knocked out by brothers and fathers ...
And, if you're willing to believe Infante dated sixteen year olds ("dated" being a friendly word for "had sex with"), do you seriously not believe he "dated" a fifteen year old? If he "dated" a fifteen year old (and you know he did!), why doesn't he just admit that? All the good stuff he's done since then can be used to argue for a lenient sentence. But why doesn't he just admit what he did, take responsibility for his own actions, be the man you claim he is?
The law says you can't have sex with a fifteen year old. Period. It doesn't say you can have sex with a fifteen year old if you are then really kind to parents, friends, and pets. If he is such a great guy, so responsible, everything you say, then he should just admit what he did.

People who are supposed to go to court, but don't, get arrested.
Was Ditullio supposed to go to court yesterday? Did he?
And, who is delaying the trial? The DA, or the Steves?

Who are you people?!....and what makes anyone think it is ok to have such a blatant disrepect for the law that you would perjure and not show up for a court date?! Who would be making bad choices there? If you are saying the DA for trying to arrest Ditulio, think again!! Do you think we should have a society where there are no consequences for those who think it's laws don't apply to them?!
And...IF this is some silly "conspiracy" of a handful of girls, it should be easily proven and Steven should want to get it over with in order to prove his innocence! Infante seems to think he did not get a fair deal with the USAG hearing, so now is his chance to have a real trial and be heard in a real court of law! But, I do not think this is about some veangeful girls or a DA who has it out for Infante and Ditulio! The DA is just doing his job trying to uphold the laws and protect its citizens. You may not like him for it, but that is his job within our justice system. And as far as a smear campaign?! The charges of the case were stated just like in any other case. Since our law calls having s*x with a minor r@pe, one who does not wish to be charged with r@pe, should not have s*x with a minor.

To "Mother Who Knows" - your title is most likely misleading (to put it politely) according to others who say that you are not what your title suggests - a mother of one of the gymnasts - but rather the best friend of V-2. And to say that Ditullio was going against the law by not showing up in court is another example of an ignorant smear campaign - and falls into the rest of this venting blog as perhaps influencing a witness against the defendent- totally against the law. For your information, Nosey bodies... you left out that DiTullio's lawyer wasn't in court either... Neither one needed to be there as it was a check up on motions that the judges were supposed to rule on with Infante's case and had nothing to do with DiTullio. The judge there was a different one and had never even looked at the case.... so again nothing was decided. THIS is one reason why this thing goes on and on. Infante's lawyer still want copies of the diary and all the other stuff that was supposed to be supplied and hasn't been. Be sick and hate all you want, but don't lie yourself and make false accusations when you don't know what you are talking about. Wait for the trial.
