Jail transfer for man charged in Oliver case
A judge has approved a jail transfer for a man held in the case of a 5-year-old Fitchburg boy whose body was recently found after being missing for months The Telegram & Gazette of Worcester reports Alberto Sierra's lawyer said his client fears for his safety at the Essex County jail.

That's nice of the judge. I wouldn't want to live in a place where I would have to live in fear of being beaten up all the time or even killed.

Aww that poor thug. had no issues neglecting a child to death and then turning his head as somehow that kid ended up in a suitcase on the side of the highway.
