just so you know, I am close friends with all the people who were arrested this night. first off, vernon cops have no jurisdiction on the highway. they should have called a troop c officer. and they have absolutley no proof what so ever that the alcohol was purchased for jeremy, of that either of them intended to sell the drugs. the cops were completely unprofessional, laughing at the kids and making jokes. as you said, all of the information you recieved from this article was from a cops word of mouth. it is absolutley rediculous

PS. Ridiculous.

Post Script the second: Most likely the person that knew them personally is still in highschool- I also know them, and I also know they are complete dumbasses. It's their own fault, and most likely they know it's their own fault.

Blah, blah, blay. Grow up. It doesn't matter if it was purchased for your friend or not. He was in possession of it. As for possesson with the intent to sell; that probably was a judgment call. If you're carrying more than what you can possibly "consume", then the charge is upgraded.
