Someone need to get their license plate number. Even if you get a few digits, the cops can find them easier. Also,the local labs need to be checked. Laboratories pay money for animals to use as lab animals to test stuff on. I remember there was a rash of pets being stolen at one time when I was a kid, and we were told they were stealing them to take them to labs for money. People are sick, espeically when they are drugheads.
