The Arlington apartments are horrid! They wouldn't fix a thing. We had a toilet that Didnt flush, and our AC wasn't working during the summer. We called and complained numerous times and they wouldn't fix anything. After 2 months of living in a piece of crap, we got a lawyer and got out of the lease.

Hey I lived in the Arlington apartments and the management is a complete joke I lived on 11 Melvin drive apartment b nothing but a shit hole nothing like working midnights at American steel in a record heat of a summer working in temps of 140 degrees and coming home to an 85 degree house all because the condensing unit was low on freon and took the 5 days to fix plus a leak above our shower we had black mold growing and that took them over 2 weeks to fix the leak plus the utility closet were the furnace and water heater and fuse box was located caught fire 2 months of us Pryor of moving out so if you're looking forward into moving there don't do it it's a joke

I wonder how much is "Bad landlord" and how much
is white trash destroying places? People complain about mice and a lot of bugs probably have filthy places. Living like a pig in a mud hole and then
blaming someone else is pretty typical white trash.

These same people that put down E. St. Louis for being trashy.Eventually what happens is that it
becomes to costly and time consuming to clean up
after other peoples messes.Then you end up with

Elaine and James Holmes by far have been the worst landlords I have had to deal with. Our roof still needs to be repaired, the bathroom door was installed wrong when we moved in, and the wall paper wasn't even wall paper, it was contact paper. If she does not "take her meds" she flips out even if I'm being proper and polite. I've been threatened before when I fell behind on rent(I was laid off and did get the money 2 weeks late). When my contract is up( 3 weeks) I'm getting far away from them.

Tom and Nancy Colbert own a lot of properties in the area and Tom's Auto Repair on 203. They are big on 'band-aid' repairs.

be sure you have pictures and or video of how you left the property. i am talking pix of the place inside AND outside! they will go so far as to "stage" damages to keep the deposit or get more cash outta you in court. cover your ass for sure!
