Talking about morals, not only does he scam people 20 miles away he scams his neighbors that are 20 feet away. This born river rat is a complete joke. I'm sure he has no problem at all stealing money from people he will never have to face little lone people he faces everyday (he drives by and waves with a smile on his fat face). Mean while the repo people are hideing waiting for him.

Because if those Red Bud people drive through they would have Fire and Police Protection from the additional tax money that would be brought in!
Route 15 which all those Boonies people use to get to their St Louis job (Since They Have No Jobs in (Red Bud) or Marissa, Oh thats right they have High Sulfer Coal that nobody wants and the EPA shut down everyday travel throu ESL and Centreville, Alorton.. If they were involved in a fiery crash, broken down fire Equipment and Police cars may be delayed!
