I didn't do anything to save her? I didn't make any fucking sacrifices? What kind of moron are you? First of all when I was with Amber she wasn't ON heroin or any other hard drug, she smoked weed and that was it. Even then I saw her parents turn her back on her NUMEROUS times because she was "living in sin" and I also even then saw the results of the ABUSE she endured when they sent her away. She would have fits of rage or extreme sadness collapsing in a mess of tears and sometimes I would find her dragging the blade of a knife against her skin all because of a lack of love from her parents and the abuse she endured at Palm Lane (a boarding school SHUT DOWN for abuse) where her parents sent her because she had sex with her boyfriend and it was a sin. When she called home and tried to tell them about what she was enduring they called her a liar and hung up.

As far as me not making sacrifices...I got a call from Amber about 6 months before she died. She was crying saying she was addicted to Heroin and had no way to get away from the guy she was with. She said she had asked her parents to help her, maybe get her into rehab, but they denied her. I drove close to four hours and did everything I could to get her out of the house aside from killing the guy she was with but his grip was too strong.

They had chances to save her up to the end and denied her. As far as her "private" education you must mean Palm Lane which as I said was shut down for mental and physical abuse and is part of what fucked her up. The only reason her parents act like they care now is to spin things for his political career. Where was their support, and love, and interest in mercy ministries/etc. when she NEEDED it? The heroin may have been the poison that ended it but her parents may as well have put it in her hands. Its disgusting Kyle is even allowed to serve in a public office. Parents like them should be made an example of.

Oh and as far as their right to decide what to do with her "corpse" as you so crudely put it. NO the dead should get their final wish in how they wish to leave this earth. Her parents I am sure were simply too cheap to do a proper funeral or wanted to make sure they could sweep her under the rug like all the damage they already caused.

To Tim, John, and Elliot there is a finally resting place to visit Amber.

Lake View Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens 5000 North Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, IL. Kyle and Vikki planted a tree right between the Lake and the church.

I visit it every few months. An the ern is in the house on the Mantle. She was loved by me and my family. I dated her after Elliot. I was told the horror stories and I counldnt believe them. I believed that people can make bad decisions and be aloud to change and do whats right. Yes she couldnt stand her parnets and wanted out. Well when living with my family it opened her eyes to change. She was getting closer to her father since she was a Daddy's Girl.

She was LOVED by so many people by her mother and her two kid brothers and from all of us that mattered.

It doesnt matter if she was cremated or buried in a coffin. It only matters how you remember her by.

If only people would let it be and let us live our life the way God has planned it for us. We will see her again....

If we would take our anger and turn it into effort to fill in the void between the last time we saw her to the time she was found by the tracks.
