So then if I wanted out of my lease, would I be able to do so without her taking legal action since she flat out lied? I believe it even states it in my 75 page lease.

leases are as good as the paper they are written on..what carries weight is the petition and the lawyers involved...if you terminate your contract early..she will file on you based on that..so when you go to see the judge...the judge will only hear that part and nothing else...

what you would have to do is this and in this order...
file a petition to terminate your lease prematurely and base the grounds with evidence...her verbally saying "we" this and "we" that will not cut it...

if it is in your contract with that park that she has a zero tolerance with pedophiles as tenants and you can pull up the states data base to prove otherwise..that would be damning evidence in your petition..IF that would be the basis for you seeking premature termination...

on the site you should be able to look into their charges..

such as the age of the victim and the age of the perp at the time of the offense...

its so bad out here that I have to have my gas can on a lock and chain. The theives are bold enough to steal in broad daylight. Kids run around wild no parents in sight. Dont keep anything of value outside or it will get stolen this means nice lawn furniture, bikes, lawnmowers if it cant be locked down I dont recommend having it outside!!!

The day I moved in the neighbor lady told me that things get stolen all the time if they arent locked up. My bigger issue is that I was told there is 24 hour maintinence (sp?) and when I had an issue arise on a friday evening it took until sunday afernoob before anyone showed up. The idiot kept telling me "well im all the way in Alton so I will get myself together but its going to take me about 2 hours to get there." FINALLY 2 days later he showed up. I guess Alton is further thab I remember. And wouldnt ya know it, he had NOTHING with him to do the job with him so it didnt even get done until the following day when a different company came to do it! I was LIVID!

Well my thinking was if he had the phone for the after hours calls he should have come but he also kept telling me he would try to get hold of so and so to come take care of the problem....well so and so obviouslly wasnt on call that weekend or he would have had the phone right?
