A Plumas County judge on Thursday ordered Reyes Carrillo-Garcia, 19, to be "held to answer" in the double slaying of Willows teen Steven Daniel Furtado and Chester teen Jennifer Carmen Carrigan.

For this animal, death is almost too easy of an out. He should go to prison and be labeled as a child sex offender, then let the other animals take care of him the hard way. It will still be a death penalty, but with perks. Whatever they do with him, they should get on with it.

i grew up with reyes and jenny, jenny since i was 4 and reyes since he moved to chester in 6th grade. if you're from ny, i'd like to know how you were with him and he was way too controlling of jenny and i know a lot of us, as much as we didn't want to believe it when it happened, it wasn't shocking that it was him. he also had that creepy side to him. so if you were "with it" all night...you must have left the party with him because no one else can alibi him.

it makes me sick to still think of what happened to her, and stephen and billy because all billy was trying to do was get home to his mom. i've moved away to college since the incident, and i was home visiting last week and people are still grieving. i hope he never gets a day of freedom again for what he did to those innocent people.
