Lime-green Cadillac comes with a $25,000 tax bill

The 'lime-green girl' from St. Jacob had her wish come true as a contestant on the hit NBC game show 'Deal or No Deal' Monday night.

I am trying to confirm this, but apparently she had to sell the Escalade due to those taxes. A shame Cadillac couldn't use that as a real PR story and cover the taxes for her. But then again, if they did spot her the taxes, would she have to pay taxes on that? HMmmmmmmm....

I will confirm for you that the Lime green girl did not sell her beloved Escalade. Ot has not even been delivered yet. I will agree with you that GM could have helped her out since they got 2 shows worth of free advertising! Let me assure you that those taxes will be taken care of, and she will be driving thta thing around in another month.

Zanny hasn't sold the Escalade. She hasn't even received it yet. She doesn't get it until 90 days after the air-date of the show. Schools and businesses are collecting cans (since that was part of her gig with the show) to help her pay for taxes on the car.

Zanny got the Escalade yesterday....and she hates it. She said it is a silver escalde covered in what appears to be green decals...the insides of the mirrors and doors are silver...the green is bubbled up and can be scraped off with a fingernail.

Deal or No Deal picked the escalde back up and is fixing it for her. She should be getting it back in a few weeks.

she still has the car, i just met her a few days ago. the escalade is amazing!! i wish i had one. it even has diamonds in it!
