NJ man on 15th drunken-driving offense: I'm guilty

Revoking his license is obviously not a deterrent to this guy. Neither is whatever else that has been done. He is not learning any lessons and his suspensions have been just slaps on the wrist with over three per year.
He needs to be jailed for the safety of the public. But he could kill himself by NOT drinking alcohol if his liver and body is now in need of it to survive. That would be good for the public's safety.

dang, this guy reminds me of my ex. the dumbfu*k never learn a lesson. enough fines and probation send the guy to jail already. it's apparent that he has not, and most likely will not, take anything from those 78 suspensions and grab a dang taxi if the alchy obsessor can't say no to not having just one drink (or any at all for that matter).
don't you just love the minds of people in this country.

HOW THE HELL DOES THIS HAPPEN? 78 TIMES. REPEAT 78 TIMES. DON'T YOU THINK YOU SHOULD JUST PUT THE LUSH IN JAIL TO KEEP HIM FROM THIS? THIS IS THE SORT OF THING THAT HAPPENS THAT PROVES HOW JACKED THE SYSTEM IS.

Here in NV he would never have been suspended 78 times! His license would have been REVOKED long before that number! And he most likely would have been serving a very lenghty prison sentence! And as bad as that is, CA is just as tough, if not tougher.
Sounds like this idiot doesn't get it, and probably never will until he finally kills someone. Then it's way too late. Sounds like the DWI laws in NJ are quite lax.No serious penalties will be suffered by a drunk driver. Hopefully the lawmakers will finally come up with laws with teeth and start jailing these clowns with serious time!

A while back the LAPD and the LASD got so sick and tired of habitual drunk drivers that they literally set up undercover officers at the miscreants homes. They waited until the suspects came home then tested them there on the spot in their driveway or carport and arrested them for another DUI. The purpose was to get these people into prison or treatment rather than wait for the inevitable crash and injury. Supposedly they were quite successful in removing some 20+ habitually intoxicated drivers off the road

LMAO...3 years? For attempting to murder a man and his child. Yes I said attempted murder. If this is his 15th time being arrested then this man knows the effects his drunken driving could cause for other SOBER drivers on the road. Way to go for American justice! Lets give the drunk a tractor to see if he can drink and drive it down a highway like George Jones. Better yet...maybe ledts make an example out of him and lock him up for a LONG time and NEVER give his a DL again.??? Sheesh
