Vandalism on Hempstead Ave

[Concerned citizen]

I have been a resident for over 30 years and I have never seen more vandalism on Hempstead Ave. Personally there has been beer cans, 12 packs, cups and garbage continually being dumped and hidden on my property.
In fact this weekend there was one kid who had the never to actually threaten me and step to me like he wanted to fight. I had not choice but to alert the police after such a shocking event. I have had it and will start taking significant steps to catch and report any kids I see. The police suggested to call every and anytime I wish. They are on speed dial and I would urge everyone to call the police and start address this huge problem. PS I will also be taking the License plates of any vehicle not belonging in the area and reporting the plates to the police. Camera's are being installed and I will press charges on any all unlawful act. If you have children I would suggest you talk with them as I am very serious about taking this to the next level. We pay to much and work too hard to live in RVC to accept animalism ghetto behavior in our town.
