Two charged with assault; alleged victim arrested, too

Two men were arrested Tuesday for burglary and the assault of an East Rockaway man -- and then the victim himself was arrested on a parole violation as a sex offender, Nassau police said.

The authorities round up all these misfits and guess what ?? They make their court appearances, get that little slap on the wrist and guess what ?? They're released back on the streets only to repeat the performances.... Looks like "Revolving Door Justice" to me ! The whole situation is ONE BIG JOKE .........

What the hell is going on in East Roackaway the last three weeks. There is a lot of crime lately. That area borders Oeanside and Hewlett. It is by no means a bad area. It's a very good area with nice homes and good schools. Just seems all the trash came out at once.

Cops have the right to use every tools availiable when assigned to lawful duties.

Probably something beyond you to figure out, some working policeman out there felt the "victim" was suspicious and decided to run a check. Turned out some cop was right, but you still whine like a loser.

Victim was suspicious? Yup, he had too many bruises, or was he bleeding too much? You make no sense. Victims, should not have a background check conducted, period.

If I didn't pay a court ordered fine, and got a warrant, but was robbed at gun point by some thugs, it's ok for me to end up in the next cell next to my attackers because of the warrant? I think not. Seems logical to you, perhaps but you also don't believe anyone with a criminal record, unless they're cops.

The police ran a background check on the poor "victim" because he was living in a known drug house. Police have been watching this house for months. We're THRILLED the police were diligent enough to run a backgound check. We've been trying to get this trash out of the neigborhood for months. Next time get your facts straight before you mouth off.

My cusin lives in East ROckaway and hes 15.I have been there a few times. The teenagers dont care about anything or anyone around them. I see kids walking on the streets with beer in there hands. Some of these kids look 12. Theyre known for being a white ghetto. My cusin was just tellin me how his two little friends were walking home and got jumped and robbed for no reason
