Judged: 1 1 1 Good thing they'll be in prison where they can be protected from the bad guys.... oops, wait, now they are one of the bad guys and will be stuck in the can (pun intended) with all those former liberal voting convicts. Let's see them spout off about their views on politics and society...lol |

Judged: 1 I grew up there too. In the 50s there was Dick's (Watson) Sporting Goods on West Seneca just below Vic Kaiser's five and dime. The sporting goods store in the story started out in a small store front on Main Street and graduated to the old Millas' Diner across the street from the bank. |

Judged: 1 1 1 where has Obama said anything about confiscating weapons and ammo? Retard. |
|
Judged: 2 2 2 Why else are they passing legislation to register shotguns and rifles? It's easier to confiscate weapons when you know where they are. Retard. |

Judged: 2 1 1 hey, tardboy! When you purchases any firearm from a dealer the purchase is recorded and forwarded to ATF. They already know who has what and where! ATF and the FBI learned their lessons at Waco and Ruby Ridge. Now we have DHS and the Patriot Act....with some help from the Jhadi's. Push comes to shove, it's easier to take your life than your guns...Dumbarse! |

Judged: 2 2 1 Not through the records, at least not right away. Spengler wrote everything down in his suicide note, who bought it, where, when etc... It was only run afterwards for confirmation. |

Judged: 1 1 1 You have the Constitutional right as a free person to be a traveller using your car. A driver is someone who uses a vehicle for commercial or trade purposes or for hire. If you dont use your car for that, then you are not a driver, but a traveller. You need to get a special notarized statement as such in lieu of a driver's license, which is actually nothing more than an excise tax. |

Judged: 2 2 2 I tell you what, you just do as you are saying and let me know how that works out for you. By the way, you're wrong. There is no constitutional right to travel in a car. Operating a motor vehicle is a privilege and has nothing to do with the constitution at all. |

Judged: 2 2 2 http://sedm.org/ItemInfo/Ebooks/DefYourRightT... go ahead and be brainwashed like the sheep you are into thinking driving is a privilege. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Your the one brainwashed, the "Right To Travel" has nothing to do with a drivers license or registering a motor vehicle. If you can read case law, probably not but just maybe you would see that. The word “travel” is not found in the text of the Constitution. Yet the “constitutional right to travel from one State to another” is firmly embedded in our jurisprudence. United States v. Guest, 383 U.S. 745, 757 (1966). Indeed, as Justice Stewart reminded us in Shapiro v. Thompson, 394 U.S. 618 (1969), the right is so important that it is “assertable against private interference as well as governmental action … a virtually unconditional personal right, guaranteed by the Constitution to us all.” As an American you can travel to any state you wish as many times as you wish. The government or states have no problem with that an being told you have to have a drivers license and a registered vehicle is not an interference upon that Right To Travel. |
