Rochester man arrested for Tremont Street homicide

Rochester Police have arrested a 19-year-old Rochester man for murder. Police say Willis Clark shot and killed Kevin Thomas on Tremont Street last Thursday.

You can be butt buddies if you want to spot him in prison. God is not with him, God doesn't like murderers, he broke the most important Commandment.
