I think most People his age wouldnt have survived the ordeal that he faced.Maybe they should have a parade in his honor in East Rochester to show how we all can overcome the odds.

Where were his parents? They should be arrested and billed for the rescue!

Good thing he was rescued, otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten any presents this Christmas.

Lucky he had Survival Training was he was younger, or who knows how it would have turned out.??

Once I stepped into a puddle when I was crossing a road on a rainy day, and I thought I was going to die. And to go with out food for a whole day, that would defiantly kill me.

Fact: This is not Santa. This is actually a man by the name of Albus Dumbledore. He accidentally lost his powers temporarily and became stuck.

For christ's sake, it's Ellison Park?? Its someone's backyard, not the damn Grand Canyon! He could have probably been seen from Browncroft...I'm glad he's OK, but its not exactly a surivial story.

This story brings back many memories from my childhood when we played in this area off Parkview Drive. It is at the very northern end of the bay and had many murky wet sand areas that we found fascinating -- but we never traveled there alone, and always managed to get out after sinking in the "quick mud". And god bless, Mrs. Gossin is still alive
