Well I am fairly certain that a break in the line would NOT increase the pressure now would it!!
DUH? Real intelligent people we have working for the county huh? Probably took them a few hours to figure all that out while the water got contaminated really good from the creek into the water supply for them homes!!

smart one!!! water will not be contaminated....water was flowing into creek...they were not pumping out of creek..lol
