Mary, that may be so, but you will not be able to have a three-course meal at Insalata's (which is what we're talking about here, after all, not places where you CAN get a three-course meal for $12, and I'm sure there are plenty) for under $22.

And, Macarvi, please share with readers how you pay $22 for a week's worth of food for a family. Even when I'm buying food just for me — not my two teens and my dog — and I just eat a light dinner, maybe a banana for breakfast, it's more than that.
