This girl has no evidence at all. No badge number, no car number, nothing. She didnt think to call 911, or let someone know afterwards? Even if this really did happen, she didnt have the decency to protect other women by reporting him? This case will be thrown out due to lack of evidence. If he did do it, then he will get whats coming eventually.

For the last few years there has been many situations similar to this one.Granted this woman, and other ones,could've called 911 at the time or contacted someone after the incident but who can say what they felt.If this officer did this and is convicted he should definetly go to jail.I am certain he will be taken care of properly bu other inmates.
The police department should have yearly mental checkups,as well as physical, to see if these officers can still properly handle the job.
There are great officers out there and ones whom use their power to their personal advantage.
