Sure, move the trial. Any jury will gladly convict Carrillo-Garcia and hopefully sentence him to death.

I'm all in favor of this, considering what a lazy bastard Cunan is.

That asshole was seriously considering taking a manslaughter plea last summer - and trust me, it wasn't because he thought he couldn't get a murder conviction, it was because he wanted to get the whole "doing his job" thing out of the way with as little effort as possible, so that he could go back to kissing ass with the County Supervisors.
