If u knew Sandra Heppe Jackson..please take time to remember her today. Her killer is in front of the parole board as we speak, hoping for a release from an already dispicable sentance of 15 years on a murder charge. May Sam Brown continue his final days and possible breaths incarcerated. I love you Sandy...be with your family as they look your killer in his face today.

May he spend the rest of his life there after what he did to her. So sad so many years later he feels he should be out ? She will never come home because of him what gives him the right. Prayers for her family . I will never forget posting and printing signs looking for her only to find he had murdered my friend. Peace with you all.
