Hey Sergi.. Take it easy on what has harmony and doesn't. Remmeber this, with that area vacant, you are missing out on powerful tax dollars & commerce for other businesses in the town. This is what has alwaysed bothered me about Pepperell.. Everyone sits on their back side too long & never really gets anything done. Sort of like the idea of lets have a meeting to discuss when we are going to have a meeting. What a joke. I predict that space will still be vacant 3 years from now. Everybody has an opinion & therefore nothing will get done. Remember this, it can't be perfect & I'd rather have 50% of something than 100% of nothing. Remember that.
