BEST GROCERY STORE EVER...they have everything you need!

OMG SO CLEAN! AND INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO THE OTHER MARKETS! LIKE FREAKING OAKWOOD! HIGHWAY ROBBERY! THERE WERE SOME THINGS I DID NOT LIKE! I WENT TO BUY VEGGIES, MILK, RED STRIPE, AND SOME PASTRIES- THERE WAS THIS DISABLED MAN THAT CAME INTO BUY SOME FREAKING COFFEE! SOME COFFEE! GET THIS.... THERE WAS THIS FUCKING ANNOYING BIG SECURITY GAURD. HE CAME IN FROM HIS STATION IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE AND FOLLOWED THIS OLD WHITE MAN (HE WAS HANIDCAPPED-I KNOW WHERE HE LIVE HE LIVES IN THIS HANDICAPPED HOME AROUND THE CORNER FROM MY HOUSE.) ALL AROUND THE STORE AND THEN STOOD THERE BEHIND HIM THE WHOLE FUCKNG TIME WHILE WE WERE IN LINE TO WATCH THIS OLD DECREPID MAN THAT COULD BARELY HOLD HIS HEAD UP OR BACK! I STOOD BEHIND THE SECUIRTY GAURD THE WHOLE TIME. I JUST WATCHED IN DISBELIEF! THE OLD MAN APPARENTLY HAD BEEN THERE PLENTY OF TIMES BECAUSE HE KNEW HOW MUCH THE COFFEE WAS AND GAVE EXACT CHANGE! EXACT CHANGE! I THINK THIS IS AN AUTROCITY! HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT! I WAS PISSED AND EMBARRASSED FOR THE MAN BUT JUST ASHAMED THAT THE SECURITY WOULD JUST TREAT HIM LIKE THIS! I FELT THAT WAS WAY OVERBOARD! THE SKINNY LIGHT BROWNED HAIRED REGISTER LADY COULD OF TAKEN HIM DOWN HIMSELF! THEY DID NEED THE SECURITY! I HOPE THE OWNER OF THE STORE READS THIS SHIT! YOU KNOW IN AMERICA YOU CAN BE SUED FOR THAT SHIT AND I AM SURE IF THE MAN COULD COMPLAIN (I DONT THINK HE CAN ARTICULATE WELL, TO COMPLAIN OR SUE THERE ASSES HE WOULD! I FELT LIKE JUST SUING THEM FOR BEING EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED OVER THE FUCKING ACTIONS OF THE FUCKING SECURITY GAURD! JUST REMEMBER YOUR STORE IS IN THE HOOD, FREAKING MAKE RULES THE SAME FOR ALL AND NOT TO BELITTLE EVEN THE GUY THAT LOOKS LIKE HE IS HAVING A HARD LIFE OR WAS BORN DISABLED. I WONDER IF THE SECURITY GAURD AT LA ESTRALLITA REMEMBERS SLEEPING WITH A CARD BOARD IN MEXICO CITY? THAT IS THE FUCKING IRONY OF THIS SHIT! YOU GET A LITTLE CHANGE AND FUCKING FORGET! BY THE WAY I AM NOT HISPANIC I AM ISLANDER.... THE WORKERS DO NOT SMILE OR WERENT AS FRIENDLY ONLY TO THEIR OWN KIND!? FUCK DOESNT MY $40 COUNT FOR AT LEAST A SMILE? MY FIANCE WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AND HAD TO WALK OUT! BUT I FREAKING LOVE THE PRODUCE AND THE QUALITY BUT THE PRICES ARE LOW AND VERY CLEAN!

i dont think their prices are low, however, yes i do agree, they do keep it clean...

the owner of this store is a relative to the owners of mi pueblo store... he is against them coming to the town, and stealing business for him ...(get it)...

these migos (most) stores are the linkish/ gateway to other activities... every latino knows this... why do you think that they do not hire outside of their own people...
their people are scared to come forward, they rather not talk because they know the consequense... all this happening around your freaking nose... the so call mom and pops stores...

if you ask the owner of this store to come out and speak on behalf of the community that are against mi pueblo... what you think he would say... the last time he said, he was afraid of the police... now what does the pd has to do with him talking against mi pueblo...

the bar/pool hall,that place is so dirty and smelling... it is hella grossssss!!! you can have eewwww sex (dirty), drugs, liquor... or anything you want... it's hella disgusting !!!

I agree with local 101. They are so rude if you're not one of them. The only store I go in is Oakwood. The owners treat EVERYBODY the same. I've been in this town for over 30 years and have seen a lot of changes. Even the workers in Oakwood are starting to get rude. If you don't like it here, go back HOME. We didn't ask you to come here. If you're going to be here, act like everybody else and treat EVERYBODY the same. You're the only race of people that think you're better than everyone else. When you bleed, you bleed red like everybody else. I wouldn't care if Mi Pueblo or any other mexican store come to town. They just should employ every race of people and sell all different kinds of foods. they tend to just cater to what their people eat. Get a life! Wake Up this is AMERICA like it or not! did you even read my blog about the old man that they were rude too! did any one get that! an old disabled man that was buying coffee they were so fucking rude to him! and security gaurd! I can deal with racism but unjust treatment to an old man that is disabled is another fucking animal! seriously! I looked at the security and wanted to clock him myself! all in all just be fair and just when it comes to all customers even if you LOOK down on your luck and are spending the last DOLLAR you have to buy some coffee! Some integrity please! I was serious when I said that the security guard must have forgotten what it was like to be sleeping with a cardboard outside in the dirt, to be seriously illing on an old man like that! here was the other sick thing about it: all the employees and even the register girl carried on like they do this to the man all the time or treat disabled people like that all the time! That is disgusting when you pick on people that cannot speak up for themselves. That is low and I hope that the owner reads this shit.... I felt as if I were in another country!

What I mean by that, old or young, rich or poor, black or white, the list can go on and on. No matter what the situation is, TREAT EVERYBODY THE SAME AS YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED.

This store is very convenient for everyone in the community, because we don't have to go out of the city and waste gas. The people are nice once you get to know them. I think mostly hispanic people work there, because it is a hispanic store and I don't think other races would really like to apply there. But anyways Hispanic people are not rasist and don't think they are the best. People that mention racism, are the rasist ones. I do agree with the Billard place. Don't like it one bit.

Let's get it correct all the dirty stores in eastpa dont serve the community only there interest.
1- why is every thing more expensive than other stores out of EPA?
2- the produshe is dush crap! all old and they want to sell it like its organic.....
3- If the people in epa make about the minimun wage why do we have to get raped when we try to buy food. I guess they are really hear for us.
4- The next time you purchase anything at the so called mom & pop stores use your ATM card and see how you are going to be charge on top of the money you spent just to swip you card. What a joke!!!
5- Take a trip to Marina Foods all you will see is asians employess, so what!
Mi Pueblo is a latn store and most likely they will have latin people there just like you would see in palo alto like Trader joe's and Whole foods they have a bunch of latinos. Oh! did i forget to mention on your way there to see for your self you will pass by that latino gardner,nanny,housekeeper,jani tor,restaront workers who all are latino. Wow they all must have strong work ethics. So if you people want to sit and cry about how sorry you feel join the pan handler on university or out in front of Stanford shopping center. But if you want to work then be early 6am at the Home Depot parking lot and maybe you will get hired!!!!!!!!!!
