Youth, 17, charged with murder in infant's death

Two teenage boys, a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old, have been arrested, one charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting at 12:50 a.m. Sunday of a 3-month-old boy in East Palo Alto, police announced at a noon press conference today.

i thought if you were a participant in a crime, you get charged with murder also. hopefully the prosecutor will consider this.

what kind of baby shower ends at 1 am? these parents pose themselves as innocent folks but they were gang members as well so they put there kid endanger. the shooter's were stupid as well if the guy had issues with some one then he should delt with it in whole different manner but not like this. i only feel sorry for the baby he didn't deserve that and he didn't deserve such stupid parents R.I.P little one

My cousin was taken in because they though he had something to do with this. He didnt do shit n just cuz his face fits the "description", they think it's him

First of all, they didn't find any finger prints on the guns. Second, how the hell do you know that the bullets that were found are the same as the ones in the scene?
