EAST PALO ALTO An 18-year-old East Palo Alto woman declared dead after a solo-vehicle car crash in East Palo Alto Monday evening had been shot in the head, East Palo Alto police Lt Tom Alipio said Tuesday.

Violence again has taken place in this city. I cannot believe all the violence that goes on in this little bity town. Everybody knows everybody therefore, someone knows who took this innocent life. Whether she was a snitch as someone pointed out or not, this child was not put on this earth for someone else to take away...How cruel to say mean and disrespecting comments about someone's death.

This is why education, getting involved in positive community actions is required for people of that caliber. It's time for a change in East Palo Alto and the change needs to come real soon or it may be you, who's being grieved over...

There are several people who know exactly what happened, how it went down, and who the players are. As we speak, the scum bag who took seema's life is walking around EPA, free to do as he pleases.

C'mon people, get your community together and help bring this person to justice. I don't always agree with how the police handle things, but I think we can all agree that a man who shoots a teenage girl in the side of her head needs to be off the streets. If you have a little girl, and you know who did this, then do the right thing.
