o.c fire voulenteer arrested at fire station

Theres info floating around that Andy Castles was arrested at the orange cove fire department by the fresno county sherrifs;does anyone have info or is it being kept a secret?hmmmmmmm ???/?

I have spoken to more than two people that confirm what you are asking;

[] Andy Casseles(sp?) and his wife were arrested on Thursday, Nov 12.

[] His wife was arrested first at their home, when you refused entrance for Sheriff's Deputies with the Search Warrant.

[] Andy was arrested second at the Fire Station by the Sheriff's Deputies.

[] "Word on the street" (i.e., not verified with official sources) is they were both charged with illegal audio taping in and around the Fire Station and Fire Department vehicles.

[] No leaks as to what, if anything, was recovered with the Search Warrants.

It is my understanding they were released in less than 24 hours from the arrest. No info if it was O.R. or bail ... the Sheriff's Department jail population record was deleted before that info was posted.

It is also reported that a U-Haul truck was observed in front of their home on Saturday and/or Sunday, and they appeared to be loading household goods.

I can't believe how all of you people are. There is only one person that is perfect. I would guarantee that no one that has posted on this matter can throw stones at anyone. I can't believe that you people are acting so much better than everyone else and you have the nerve to bring children into this matter...that is really no one's business. You all need to look at your own lives and how you live them. Would you want your children brought into something that they had nothing to do with. It is hard enough on children today without hypocrites like you people making it harder. Some people really need to get a life or find something to do, like volunteer helping people that need it, instead of running your mouths about others. It is interesting that the new police commissionor doesn't have all the facts.....Amy was not arested for failure to allow officers to serve a warrent...she wasn't even home at the time.....Andy was arrested first not Amy....all the info was on the web including bail....The investigation is not over....others including Tom Greenwood are under investigation. As for how the kids are doing......they could be better...especially after being confonted at the high school and intimidated by Ophia and another volunteer. Too bad they have to pick on a child, and too bad the school allows it. It is interesting to know how so much personal and CONFIDENTIAl information has been leaked about and to the fire department members...Ophelia it must be nice to be married to a volunteer, be a volunteer and have access to all the info..hum. It seems to be a common conversation over coffee of a morning. What was being said that everyone is so afraid of being made public......?I hope the new chief will investigate his volunteers and clean up our fire department. I am sure that Andy is not the only volunteer that should be ask to leave the department....how about that Tom and Ophelia

About the school thing STICK up for your kids... I was a school worker for over 15 years and I saw alot of bad done and said to the kids... And yes I did speak up ... And guess what? Im gone.... The school system is a corrupt place and your children are picked on...Sad to say I was around when your Daylan was getting picked on by faculty...I never let it go ... Reported all... First class dork. All arrests are public record in this country,(USA). Why would anyone think someone would try to hide an arrest? I assume the point is to get other uneducated nitwits stirred up. This is so true; Daylan is picked on by the teachers and coaches. You would think an educator would not allow this to happen. The coaches don’t even let him play instead they ridicule him. What future does this young Daylan have with people like that? My daughter who goes to OCHS is a witness to all this abuse. I hope some one who has power at the school reads this and takes some kind of action, and helps this young man. Don’t blame the children of the Cassels family for their parent’s mistakes.
