Who is Eldon Thompson and does he Represent Glenda Hill?

I would like to know who this Thompson person is. Does he work for the Reedley paper, what are his qualifications? My other question is do you represent Glenda Hill. She seems to be a fair person; it seems to me, that he likes to make trouble. Everything he writes is always a personal attack on the mayor and his family. Why do you (Thompson) like to make so much trouble? I was told you were new to our town. I’m just a very curious person. I care about Orange Cove and I am happy here, and whether you believe it or not Mayor Lopez has done many great things for Orange Cove. I really do respect the man. I would like to tell Mayor Lopez! Keep up the good work.

An excellent summation of the past 12 months Mr. Hall. And for those that are still reluctant to be "heard" at City Council meetings - come and join these thought provoking sessions.



The current City Council, with support from most at City Hall,???????

has made many excellent and productive choices in the past 12 months. Eliminating the "old" events committee, seating a new Planning Commission, eliminating the bogus "Security Contract" at the Skate/BMX parks, and a more positive "local business attitude" at City Hall, were all positive for Orange Cove.



More cleaning out, adjusting, and upgrading work to do;

1) OC Police Protection District??????

2) Target 8 and Day Care Centers???????

3) Economic Development Center at the Community Center -- Jobs! Careers! Businesses!??????



Keep up the good work at the Times.????????
