I was at the Larkfield Manor at an event on Monday evening. I was so impressed with the food and the service, which were both excellent and no one got sick! I guess s-it happens!

Oh thanks for that..I guess I can go there now and not worry about sickness like the other multiple parties had.
Sorry, dipshitface, but they are finished..no one is going to pay that kind of money, no one is going to risk getting their guests sick, so they will be out of business shortly.
For those old enough, do you remember what was there before the "manor"? It was a country club where I used to swim in their outdoor pool...
I guess the poolpiss and floating brownies stayed around long enough to pollute the food at the manor.
Thank you!
LOL!!!! Love your handle!

I have been to the Larkfield Manor so many times over the past 2 years and the food had always been top notch.

But from what I understand, since I live in the neighborhood, the kids from the sweet 16 were ill due to the excessive drinking from before they even arrived

This article is funny. There are no facts to this story. They say the inspectors passed the larkfield as healthy and the doctors speculate at the illnes to be virual. hmm, what do u expect to happen when everyone kisses the sweet 16 girl. I suspect that the Grandma got everyone sick. ha.

"Yes - I agree - anyone who spends $10,000 dollars on a sweet 16 is sick!! Sad for the guests but give me a break. In today's economy - you people should be ashamed of yourselves. How much is her wedding
going to cost??????"
they shouldn't be ashamed of themselves! just because the economy is OBVIOUSLY effecting you, other people may be in a different boat. why does every one have to bring the economy in to things, haha, maybe instead of spending that cash on a sweet 16 they should have given it to your needy ass.
as for all the rest of this, i feel terrible for the families involved, however i must say i have eaten at larkfield many times and their food is great. it is a shame that this reputation may follow them, and even though i stand behind the establishment 110% i have to admit it is really embarrassing knowing my guests will have this incident in the back of their minds when they are at my function. this is something i may have to reconsider since the reception itself cost over $15,000.

If this was a stomach flu how could it spread so fast?
She arrived at her party and then her guests began to feel ill?
I don't get it.
Sounds like food poison to me

I just had a wedding at the Larkfield 3 months ago, and it is very hard to believe that the food had gotten people sick. To this this day; friends and family still bring up to me how good the food and service was at my wedding. To be honest I wish I can have their filet mignon plate for dinner tonight. mmm

Be glad there are people spending money-what's it to you how they spend their money?
'Cause this is the new DC/PC era!

Just be thankful you've got a few bucks so we can give you the illusion you have the freedom to use it any way you want.

My daughter had her wedding there last year and everything was top notch - everyone commented on the quality of the food, service, and what George promised us he and the staff delivered and exceeded our expectations.
People should be careful about making such damaging accusations about a responsible business until a full investigation is held.
