I know this as fact as I had lived in these areas for 5 years. And if a cop truly said that to you, I would love to know his name and command location. It's bad enough when YOUR cops in Virginia go nuts, spend a few day's in the psych ward, tell their doctor if they get out they will kill their wife and child. They are released within day's and do kill their wife and then pull the trigger on themself. His daughter escaped harm because she was not at the location. But he also, shot his brother in law who tried to stop him.
Yeah, in Virginia most of your crime is done by someone who the victim knows personally. Oh, and lets not even get into the DUI's! And let's not even go about the crimes committed againist the military members. Especially on their pay day. Good Gawd, I could not believe how much crime was againist the military. Dead bodies found in cars parked in parking lots. Killed in their homes. Crimes committed by legal residents of the great state of Virginia.So, you can take your great Commonwealth of Virginia and stick it where the sun don't shine.
