Anti-smoking battle moves outdoors; bans increase

We need to concentrate on the perfumes and the poor soles that have an allergic reaction to the smell.
Fines for the elevators, subway cars, aircraft and office on the "rat out on your neighbor" with a sniffer patrol coming by and writing a ticket for a 100 dollar fine on the stinker would benefit the city, county, State and Federal governments.
