What is the reasoning behind cutting services to those in need and using tax payer money(millions) to fund a walkover bridge in Foxboro for those attending Football games?

The priorities of this administration are so warped as to be downright frightening and so out of touch with reality.
Speak up citizens, let Deval Parick know this is just not acceptable.
