I go on national grid.com and it doesnt tell me anything I want to know. This is getting rediculous. My neighbors have power and so do all the businesses across the street. Why don't I have power!!! I'm freezing! I live on north main st. The stupid street lights are on. Wish there was a different electric company.

very poor communication from National Grid. I feel they don't care, deal with it should be their motto.
