Sounds like an extremely smart proposal. Especially if it would benefit Northern Ohio highways like US 30. Improved highways means more jobs. And more importantly, NO NEW TAXES.

There shouldn't _ever_ be new taxes related to roads. We're already paying a good deal of taxes every time we fill our gas tank, and that money is supposed to go to road work. As for what creates jobs, not doing those things that lost jobs in the first place would help a lot, but we don't have a lot of control over outsourcing, other than to become competitors and to have a business model that is competitive and local governments that are flexible. Better roads to the average worker means driving out of town for a job, and paying taxes both places.

Empowering people to become their own businesses and developing agreements with retail outlets is how revenue is created that matters to individuals. Today's employment is largely 18th century slavery, barely enough to live on. That's what happens with 4 decades of theft (inflation) and an income that never quite keeps up.

As bad as this economy is worldwide, we're all in for a tough haul. One customer in N. Ireland, who would otherwise have little difficulty paying to have a $15K machine built, which I build at cost, thanks to "austerity", barely has half of the available resources, which has forced us to think different. This new project could provide for a template for CNC router manufacturing and new production opportunities for individuals in this county, for example, all in the space of a garage, much the same way Apple computers started.

Any idea for a new product could become a new business and a very relaxed family life. While I have my own share of challenges, the one thing I have no need of is government aid nor baby sitters. If anyone here has an idea for something they'd like to manufacture, please don't hesitate to visit

I'd be very happy to help make it happen.
